Leonard's Express

Went to work at their place in Hickory nc. They gave me a new tk and good mileage pay, only problem is 1000 miles a week. You better like sitting in the new tk. cause that's what you do. I'm used to turning 3000+ in 5 days and sitting 130 hrs out of 168 is killer. Also the way they pay is screwed up, you never know what you'll get and that makes it hard to catch when they crap you.

 

Be careful what you say I'm already getting text messages from them about my post. Nothing I said is untrue, I can post elogs and QC messages and payroll docs to prove it. As their "handbook" says though it's "at will" . I "at will" won't sit for days in a truck. Even with layover, if the wheels ain't turning then I ain't making money, and with all the liability we, drivers face it better be good money cause one screw up can cost not only years worth of wages, but our freedom.
