I use Truck-Lite LED. They’re DOT certified or approved. Natural (or close to) spectrum. Sharp cutoff lines, don’t get flashed for annoying other motorists.
Pricey, but good.God prefers Diesels Thanks this. -
It's obvious what's, "legal" means literally nothing. I see spots after getting hit with these lights out here. They look like UFOs! They're even adding incredibly bright "fog" lights and large LED bars too. The laws mean nothing if they aren't enforced. Get anything you want and run it if it makes you happy. Ignore DOT. They don't care.

Are you talking a complete light assembly or replacement bulbs for modern aero model trucks?

If running a newer truck they come from factory with LED lights if they order them. I think freightliner is actually made by Truck-Lite. They are not cheap but hopefully will last life of truck.
I see lots of older trucks never built for LEDs put in aftermarket LEDs headlights and they are to bright or shine all over the place vs more downward beam that factory LEDs have. Put in same light truck had when built.
