This company is a bad joke. Work you to death in the summer for OK money, and starve you out in the winter. Trucks may look good but it is an ageing fleet and they don't want to put money into them. And the trailers are real bad. Average age is over 20 years and how they pass inspection is beyond me. And you are always over weight but they don't care. Stay away.

i cant believe it another one post wonder
joseph1135 Thanks this. -
Maybe it's not that bad a company if that's all there is to say? More details are always welcome.
-
It's today's society, Too easy to jump online and ##### and moan about someone or a company without having to defend themselves.
-
I will be more than happy to defend myself and what I wrote. The few drivers that have been there a long time say how they made the same money 15 years ago. The also speak of how the maintenance has detiorated on both trucks and trailers. What else would you like to know?
superflow Thanks this. -
Which term. are you talking about, I knew some of the guys who worked out of Mn. Very happy with the money they made and clean trk. bonuses.
You are talking about the people who haul concrete culverts and such right? -
Yup, that's the company. Things have changed. You get a wash bonus if you keep your truck clean. But it doesn't pay very much. And a clean truck is not necessarily a safe or legal truck.
-
Yes, I will agree on that part. Been several years since I have talked with the guys. Back then they ran a tight ship with the guys I was around with.
-
Unfortunately they don't any longer. At one point they had 12 drivers quit in 1 week, then 8 the next. Tractors are mostly '06 and '07. Have to fight to get them fixed. Winter if you don't go otr in their day cab you may do floor planks a few days a week. They won't let you go on unemployment.
-
I've been seeing them running around with van trailers lately. I don't remember seeing that in the past but I could be mistaken.
I haul out of a couple places they do in the summer. I heard some grumbling that the drivers aren't making any money but I figured it was just usual trucker talk.
