I purchased an aftermarket headlight housing unit for my 2010 Cascadia, I replaced the driving / turn signal light with LED lights, they work, however, they blink real FAST.
Can someone help me out. Been waiting on a load in GA and have plenty of time, already fixed my wiper issue, might as well work on the little stuff that needs attention.
thanks,
LED Driving / Turn Signal Lights

You are going to have to buy a resistor and install it with each signel.

Okay, thanks. One quick question, just finished reading the the super bright leds hyperlink you sent (IH Truck Guy) does the hyperflashing cause damage to the electrical system or anyother piece of electrical item on the truck if I run them until I get back home?
thanks to you too Melsno -
You can also change parameters in the SAM_CAB to disable burnt bulb detection. No it will do no harm, it is an computer controlled flash rate.
KB3MMX and QUALITYTRUCK Thank this. -

Try flipping the bulbs around. I switched them on my old Columbia and they started blinking slower. But I believe the cascadia is fiber optic so unless you program it might not work
