I have a couple of injectors that seem to be leaking just a bit.......no performance issues, but you can tell that they're leaking. My question is, how hard is it to change the 'O' rings and is there some kind of torque setting on these? It looks fairly simple, but before I start tearing stuff apart, I'd like to know if I have the skill set to pull this off.

    Thanks in advance

there is torque settings but you probably need to change the seals going into housing if they are leaking oil but there is torque if you search you should be able to find replacement procedure online on google DD15 is goo about posting this #### in online repair manuals and they are free.

no, at the top where the fuel lines go in.......look, I'm not a mechanic, so some of my descriptions are kinda vague, but where the fuel lines go into the motor on the top. A couple of them look like they're leaking a bit. I was wondering how hard it would be to change out the 'O' rings or whatever it is that keeps them from leaking.

if you have wet spots where the lines go in to engine than you don't need to change O-rings, but you need to change fuel lines seals on camshaft housing. What you see there is not an fuel, but an oil.

to change these seals you will need to open the top of engine. also you will need new small o-ring that goes on injector's input line. it's not easy to remove lines if you don't have that special 19mm socket. Buy from Sears 19mm crowfoot socket to make job a little easier.

uh, ok. I appreciate the advice. Sounds like something my tool box won't support. Thank you very much for the advice.
