I have a 2013 cascadia. My radiator started leaking from bottom . Got pressure tested and found our it's bottom plastic plate seal is gone. Is there any temporary patch up fix to stop coolant dripping that I can do to make it back to my hometown through cvsa brake check week .where I have it booked for changing the rad. Thanks in advance for your replies.

Let me just say the Cascadia radiator vendor has been very busy since it's inception....mounting a radiator solid between the frame is an invite for twisting the living daylights out of it and they all leak eventually. I've replaced them as low as 30k miles. My advice is NOT to put any leak-stop in and get it replaced....the coolant passages in these newer engines are under enormous load to keep things flowing/cool that if the leak-stop were to restrict or block them you're asking for trouble.

BTW, if you got a friend to help you it only takes a little time to replace one by pulling the bumper (8 bolts), hood (3 bolts) and removing the radiator straight out the front....switch over coolant tank (top bolt notoriously seizes in the metal insert and just spins in the plastic) and reverse procedure.

It's a common problem in the lower right corner. Mine got replaced also while i was driving that same year truck. And you won't make it another 100 miles. when that baby starts. It wastes no time in going from bad to extremely bad.

Just saying. Mine went literally in a matter of 100 miles. From unload to getting in to a shop. 15 gallons i threw in.

I'd fix it pronto....Forget dumping sealer (gunk) in the radiator... You'll be asking for trouble down the line.
