I like to put a wood block between front LF drive and the frame some how. Them drive the LFT on a 4X4. Remove the LRT. U-bolt nuts if they will come off. Jack up and remove the wheels. Remove pin ( bolts ) in bottom of rear hanger and equalizer, then the U-bolts. If the nuts did not come off cut them with a torch. Take the jack out from under the axle, may need to use a floor jack to help. R&R spring, then reassemble. Tighten 7/8's bolts with a good pull on a 3/4 rachet with 3 feet of pipe on it.

Some suggestions for a first timer.

    1. Get all new spring pins. It's worth the extra money and with the de-arching for that pic, I'd bet your pins are shot. You got your money's worth.

    2. Even if the nuts come off clean, ALWAYS get new U-Bolts. Those are one time use only.

    3. Suggested torque for 7/8 U-Bolts ~480 ft pounds unless the supplier of said bolt tells you otherwise

    4. U-Bolts need to be re-torqued after driving. Opinions on this vary but we usually go around 2 weeks then hit em again.

    Good luck

I don't have pins on rear springs it just holds on from u bolts . I'm replacing the front ones. Do I need new pins and bushings or just new bushings ?

The thingie at the top left of your picture is a spring "HANGER". The thangie that the front of the spring goes in is an equalizer. Those two thangie's should have pins across the bottom of them to keep the spring from being displaced.
Just change the block program explained to the rear drive and do the front. There are dowl pins in the top of the axle housing. Be sure they are good while you are there.
I was thanking only drive axles because you said rear. I did not mention pins or bushings because I don't thank your truck spring bushings on the rear.
billotronic probably thought you are also doing the steers since you said all and maybe there are spring eye pins and bushing on your rear springs.
If you are doing springs with eyes I agree with him.
