National rates are $2.00 a mile according to DAT. I don't see how LS has a hold over shippers to force them to pay $6 mile. I pull a flat lots of loads are around $3 a mile. Sometimes you get $4.50 after DH it's $3.

$7 a mile hazmat loads yeah maybe going 43 miles and extra stops lol

They funneled a lot of money out of that company in very creative ways. And the last domino was when the government wanted the 700 million they shouldnt have gotten in COVID relief back.
I just got home from a Landstar van run that paid 4.25 a mile in Florida. The rates ARE coming up. At least here they are...77fib77 Thanks this. -
