    How is this division of Landstar to lease on to? I'm thinking of getting back into expediting again and like the "self dispatch" ..... Going solo with a D unit.

    I've heard LEAM is great from some, and I've heard it's not so great with others. The key is getting on with an agent who has regular freight for you. I'm looking to get with some LEAM drivers to learn more about it.
