L&J Logistics, Robert Morgan, Owner, Pottstown, PA

Robert Morgan, owner of L&J Logistics, L&J Transportation Companies, and Morgan Moving and Storage stole over $1000 of my pay from me. Lonnie G, Chris F, Joseph K and Joseph S work for Morgan. They said I did a great job and that I was eligible for rehire. But when they sent me my final paycheck, it was over $1000 light. They, particularly Joseph K and Chris F, also tried to coerce me on multiple occasions to violate the hours of service law, due to poor planning. At first they said they wouldn't pay me at all, since I had supposedly failed to complete my logs correctly, and they said that they wouldn't send me my DOT medical card either, until I corrected them. When I threatend to sue and report them to the PA labor board, they sent half of my pay to an old address. I was lucky to get it at all. I offered to correct any discrepancies, but they never sent me the logs. I live in TN. In spite of their assigning me illegal loads, I was never late to pick one up or to deliver one. It's a shame that multi-millionaires like Robert Morgan feel entitled to make a living by exploiting workers. Do not work for this company! I have voice recordings of Chris F and Joseph K promising to pay me what I am owed. They are available upon request.
