Well, I guess that depends on what you really want to do.

I see guys driving that could work for more money but they like the lanes/management/equipment,so they stay at a carrier that has less than the best pay package.
Then on the otherhand there are guys working the jobs that no one wants and getting paid the big money.

    So,on those notes.
I would say that a driver that is not afraid to put his back into a job can always find good paying work if he ever needs it. If you are one of these drivers then don't worry too much about leaving a job to try something different that you are curious about and want to do. You can always return to shunting or anyother job that pays well if your not afraid of the work involved.

Was reading this on another site company X that he uses is Kriska

    http://hankstruckforum.com/htforum/index.php?topic=59892.0

Thought he was not doing to good at that company until I read I pick my hours.I've managed to work the system so that I drive when I want too - usually between 12pm-3am. All my life the 9-5 left me exhausted.I'm just not a morning person. So - 7am deliveries for a new company? No thanks.

Read his other postings , he is something else , blamed his old truck / leasing outfit for low miles , gets a new one then FORGETS to book in for service has to sit a few days and you guessed it , takes no responsibility for it.
