Plan ahead, you can't park there. It's a pretty tight place to back into their docks, but not as bad as a few other places I've seen. It's getting in there that's a nightmare lol. -
There are few spots in the back where cars park , don't think they will let you overnight. Most likely due to housing around plant. You cannot even idle if that little Nazi supervisor is around

is it the place where the trailers are? thats the only thing related to trucking i can see -

It doesn't matter if the parking lot is full or empty, they don't let trucks park there overnight.
On your map, Koch Foods is the huge building directly north of the marker, between the sat row of apartment buildings and the highway. The road to get into there is between Kostner Ave and that first road that turns off of Berteau, it runs right beside the railroad tracks but isn't marked on the map.
