Does anyone know if the largest size Kobalt bolt cutters from Lowe's will cut bolt seals? It seems like the jaws don't open wide enough.

As a driver you should not need to worry about that.
Let the customer supply the bolt cutter. It is their responsibility.

I have a small one for the cable seals, but I won't even try it on a bolt.
If the customer can not provide the cutter, it may not get unloaded.

I carry a pnuematic cut off wheel , it was about 20 bucks from harbor freight, also the air hose makes quick work of clean out the trailer.

If the cutter is too worn to hack thru the cable seal, there's always the helicopter maneuver. Slide one of the handles of the bolt cutter (or any other long thin piece of steel) thru the loop of the cable, and spin in one direction until the cable snaps.

    Maybe.
But I have never been at a receiver that didn't have bolt cutters.
No need for me to carry that big thing on the truck with me.
And where do you store a full size bolt cutter?
