Freymiller and Navajo run coast to coast & border to border.
    The others run Western states.

I spoke with Gina today to gain info. Rider policy/training pay. I live in Altadena, so KKW is on my list. I'm wrapping up Roadmasters 8 week weekend course in Fontana and DMV apt on Monday! I'll pass by KKW on the way home and check them out in person.

ok im looking for some honesty. im going to be relocating to reno soon where they opened up another terminal ovewr there to try and get a local gig from reno to nor cal and back. home every night 38 cpm. problem is they just filled the last position and recruiter says they can have me run the 11 western till a position in reno becomes available. not too bad. he says their drivers get approx. 2500 a week. my questions. do you get the miles they say u do? what amenities are you allowed in your truck? fridge, microwave etc. are their trucks governed? are they watching every little thing you do? for example. if u go 2 mph over are you gonna get a call from safety? basically do they make it easy for you to work for them to where your not constantly frustrated cause someone isn't answering their phone and everything else. any info is helpful. looking for this info before I put in my 2 weeks with current otr job.

They are a relaxed company governed at 62 mph and no they don't call you if your over the speed limit, bring them a ticket it may be a different story.

Boy your in for a big surprise.... $450 a week.... take away taxes and benefits,.,, your walking away with less than $300! If they switch you to local, you should be paid hourly which is $14 an hr. You won't be paid any overtime pay if you work more than 40 hours. It's all straight pay. They breaking federal laws!!

I know this is a old thread but thought I would chime in. KKW seems like a great company and I will admit almost all the office staff is very friendly. Now that's the good and that's about all that's good.
They will pay you the least they can when I stated they said I would start at .44C then the last day of orientation they said they screwed up on my paper work and could only pay .39C.
Now once you have your truck and start driving be prepared to drive 300 to 600 miles then sit at some dock for hours and hours sometimes all freak in night.
They do not keep you moving long enough to get 2500 miles in a week.
KKW is also being sued in a class action law suit for shady pay not paying for breaks and cheating drivers out of detention pay and mile etc. Be very cautious with this company are they worse than others? I don't know seems like most the companies have there issues
