This company will lie to you about loads and find all kinds of ways to try to wiggle out of paying you! Chris Barnett is who I dealt with and he originally came off as a nice guy...until the load was delivered. Then his true greed and dishonesty showed up. Though he had promised detention for the driver waiting 6 hours to get loaded, once the load was delivered he pretended that some other person made the decision not to pay detention and there was nothing he could do about it. We found out later that HE was the decision maker and was the one refusing to pay the detention. When I gave him a bad review for not paying the detention and flat out lying to us regarding the load being a straight thru delivery, he refused to pay the full contracted amount for us delivering the load. He claimed that we didn't have scale tickets. We sent the scale tickets to him seven times and each time he claimed he didn't receive them. Once I provided him with a delivery receipt as proof that he'd received the scale tickets he admitted that he'd received them, but still refused to pay the full contract amount, claiming that the scale tickets we turned in weren't the ones he needed. This is the most blatantly dishonest company I've ever dealt with. Steer clear of this one or you will regret it!

They've been trying to get in with a couple of my customers. They're not well-liked by the folks I deal with.

I saw them on the DAT board and was looking for information on them. Looks like I won't be wasting my time with them. Thanks for posting!

File on their bond. Let the bonding company decide what is fair.
I filed and got full payment. It took 63 days but I received the full amount owed.

I have never been yelled at by a broker that owed me money before.
He also hung up the phone, while I was explaining, That it was them that breached the contract, not me.

That was the 2nd load I ran for them. It was better than average pay. I won't do another.

    Good luck

They are scum. I've been watching their credit rating plummet since June. It's down to 84 today.

They caught my eye too...quite often posting insulting rates. I think, I read a review on DAT and it might have been the one that OP wrote, it "sounded" sincere...so social media work, I decided to stay away.

I called on a posted load with a rate that was so good I felt no need for negotiating. The guy on the other end of the phone told me they had it covered but would gladly reassign it to me if I underbid him enough. I literally called him a POS, told him to F off and promptly hung up the phone. Apparently, they don't see the rate con as a contract. Total scum!
