I'm not one to get on here and trash a company I've never driven for but based on my experience with bay@ bay I would avoid them unless something has changed .

Be a company driver and let others deal with the headaches.
I've never heard of anyone making decent pay with Stevens.

My cousin worked at Stevens a few years ago, he lasted a total of 7 weeks. Trucks were nice, but he was told 3200 a week and only averaged 2400ish. Lots of setting over the weekends. He left their truck in Virginia, shipped his belongings, flew home, and never drove class A again. To this day he makes strong salary driving a cement mixer around DFW.

I started out with Stevens as my first driving job back in '09. I worked there a little over 2 years. I did pretty good there, but if you're an experienced driver I would not recommend them.

Yeah if I switched I would need to bring in 800-1100 a week if that's possible as a company driver

I know a guy that drives for Stevens and he's starving. He gets stuck in the Northeast for weeks at a time doing short runs. He's leaving there too.
Loves has been hiring drivers to deliver DEF to truckstops. If you have tanker/hazmat endorsements, check that. Groendyke is big in CO.

    What is DEF?:
DEF is a 32.5% solution of urea, (NH
    2)
2CO. When it is injected into the hot exhaust gas stream, the water evaporates and the urea thermally decomposes to form ammonia and isocyanic acid:
    (NH
    2)
    2CO → NH
    3 + HNCO
The isocyanic acid hydrolyses to carbon dioxide and ammonia:
    HNCO + H2O → CO2 + NH
    3
    Overall, this is
    (NH
    2)
    2CO + H
    2O → 2 NH
    3 + CO2
From this point, ammonia, in the presence of oxygen and a catalyst, will reduce nitrogen oxides:[6]
    2 NO + 2 NH
    3 + 1⁄2 O
    2 → 2 N
    2 + 3 H2O and
    3 NO
    2 + 4 NH
    3 → 31⁄2 N
    2 + 6 H2O
    The overall reduction of NO
    x by urea is:
    2 (NH
    2)
    2CO + 4 NO + O
    2 → 4 N
    2 + 4 H
    2O + 2 CO2 and
    2 (NH
    2)
    2CO + 3 NO
    2 → 31⁄2 N
    2 + 4 H2O + 2 CO2

I drove ready mix here before going OTR and we made very good money but working 90 or so hours 6 days a week was taking a toll on me. Now if you can float a full 80 concrete truck you can a semi and same with downshifting. Also it being so top heavy helped me before driving a semi also.
