I have used some filler material that I purchased from my local Trailer dealer, but I can’t remember the name of it.
Rideandrepair and dztruck Thank this. -
Bakerman and Rideandrepair Thank this.

Washouts are not good for dry van trailers. Water soaks into the floor and makes the wood swell then it contracts as it dries leading to cracks and weakening the floor. I always avoided nasty loads that would require washouts like the plague when j had a van.
Rideandrepair and baha Thank this. -
I did it when I purchased the trailer probably back in 2012 and it’s still working.
I haul furniture so I need to slide blankets along the floor so I also coated it with a couple coats of lacquer to make sure the blankets slide good.dztruck and Rideandrepair Thank this. -

I only had a few cracks to fill, the real time is sanding down the floor and applying the lacquer
dztruck Thanks this.
