If it has H11 you must use H11. It's socket/style type has nothing to do with how bright it is. But "bright" typically means whiter, not brighter in most cases. Lumens = brightness. The whiter (more unnatural) the light is the more it fatigues your eyes! Keep that in mind. I like Silverstars. They have a little more reach but not stupidly white either.
Oldironfan Thanks this. -
get zxe, those are the best bulbs. they are like hid but without all the wires and ballasts

Also keep in mind that if you blind people with them, then you are a problem on the road. Blind someone at the right time and you could cause an accident.
BUMBACLADWAR, akfisher, QuietStorm and 1 other person Thank this. -
Trying to find out how many times a night you can have someone flash their highbeams at you?

I have mixed emotions about typical headlights. I admit, 70% of factory headlights (low beam) are aimed just a bit too low or have too low brightness factor, and are not as effective as they could be. However, I see more than a few trucks with low beams that are too bright and/or aimed too high. It's a catch 22 situation. I've learned to live with mine (factory bulbs and setting) that are not very effective on low, but great on high.

Not saying you're inconsiderate too OP, but be mindful when picking out some new lows. I personally wouldn't want the guy I'm passing to not be able to see properly and purposely not checking his mirrors.D.Tibbitt, QuietStorm and Toomanybikes Thank this. -
Slowmover1, HD_Renegade and Lepton1 Thank this.
