Check power steering pump fluid levels, you could have air in the lines.
-
Check to see that something isn’t bent, drag link, tie rod, maybe there some interference
-
Checked all fluid levels they seem ok. When the wheels are raised off the ground it turns okay but when they are on the ground it’s hard again I replaced all fluids. Could it be the pump or gear box?

High Steering Effort in One Direction:
- Unequal tire pressure.
- Vehicle overload.
- Inadequate hydraulic system pressure.
- Excessive internal leakage in one direction of turn only (of gear box) (verify with internal leakage test).
- Valve misadjusted.blacklabel and Arodjasso23 Thank this. -
So a mechanic suggested pump changed that and did absolutely nothing. I do notice when I turn the wheel I can hear a cracking noise by the wheel. Could it possibly be a kingpin before I go ahead and buy a gearbox?

Replaced both gear box and pump unfortunately still nothing.Intothesunset Thanks this. -
Your mechanic is not to bright. Check drag link bind. Or over tighten nuts. Find a real shop to look at your check is all I can say for sure. I have added engine oil to resovoir to aid with more line pressure.

Jesus, if you can hear a cracking noise start there, well I guess you are pretty much there by now. lol
Ask your mechanic (just before you get a new one) if he really thinks a pump cares which way you are turning the wheel?
