I have a 2023 kenworth t680. If I left the fridge on while on hometime would it drain the battery? If not how many days could I possibly leave it on?

The Mack I drive just barely makes it over a weekend with the fridge on.

If your truck has “auto start” turn that on. You can then leave the fridge on and won’t have a problem. The truck will start, charge battery and shut off. Just make sure to have plenty of fuel on.

And it might depend on the ambient temp. If it is very warm it will take more power.

Another consideration in addition to those given above, I believe, is that running your (lead-acid) truck batteries below about 40% can damage them severely.

If KW's are like Volvos, it'll cut power to the fridge a little before it runs the battery down enough to not start. Check the inside of the fridge when you get back before you assume all is good and get food poisoning lol

I leave fridge on over weekends.
If you’ve hood batteries and it’s not hot out it’ll make it.
If super hot, Go up Sunday morning and let it run an hour and a half or so while you’re getting groceries to stock fridge.
