Hi Everyone, Can anyone tell me the major differences between the different airglide suspensions (i.e. 100,200,400) I am sure the higher numbers are newer versions. Thanks , I love this forum, the knowledge, experience and advise is awesome

ag 100 is awesome, great ride and durable (but heavy), ag 200 is junk and no longer offered, sway bars wore out prematurely, ag 400 and 460 is the latest and works great. I've seen several with 400 to 500k miles and no porblems

the ag 200 does suck...have had to replace several of the big style boltin pins already...main reason for failier is that they were not greesed properly before i got the truck ...wich is a W900L...they are not cheep to replace and according to dealer when replacing one...replace both sides...i haul a tank..and the constant back and forth slosh makes it even harder on them... one day i hope to upgrade to the ag400..instead of pins from the way it looks...they are all solid welded together...far as completly replacing the ag200 or upgrading to the ag400 is about the same cost...plus a triaxel alignment on either one...far as the ag100 i met a guy with that model...said the bushens in those need to be replaced about every 100,000 miles...or they go out and you have to have it realigned when ya have it fixed...hope this helps some

I have the AG-200 and yes i agree it does suck. But no way does it cost as much to re-bush as the AG-400 upgrade. I just did mine and it was $400 at a friends shop, maybe thats why lol. The 400 upgrade is about $1800. I still think the best one out there from KW is the AG-100 old school kw 8 bag, then again nothing beats a low air leaf pete suspension.

The Freightliner Airliner suspension rides better than the Peterjunk low leaf anyday.

Yeah keep telling yourself that, its basically the same suspension, but yes you are right im sure it rides whole lot better because its a pos friehgliner. Atleast driving a Pete i dont have to wear a jacket in winter, or i dont have to worry about getting hit in the head with some plastic shelf flying at me..... Give me a break driver.
