When you swipe your card and see the "See Cashier" message on the machine, make sure you check your shower and points AFTER you fuel. It only seems to happen if you have to go inside and get them to manually type the info in. They obviously dont scan the driver payback card right, they do scan it and it doesnt go through, or they dont scan it at all. They surely wont make a mistake scanning your fuel card, will they? :biggrin_25516:
Im just posting this because my payback card hasnt been credited with points or showers almost every time I have to go in and get the info entered by the cashier. Today, I double checked the info and sure enough, I had no shower and no points from getting 168 gal.
Remember to check your balance AFTER fueling.

I have a gripe about the shower credits also. Any time you want a shower you need to pump at least 50gal or it cost about $10. So why when I pump 150gal do I not get 3 showers???

I know for most of you this is not a problem as I do not put fuel everyday. I know most OTR drivers are fueling everyday. Now I still want to shower everyday but do not want to pay $10 a shower.

Some of our fuel stops are not primary stops so the pump will cut us off at 50 gals. I just keep putting the fuel in 50 gals. at a time, i have ended up with 3 showers for 150 gals. If they are gonna limit that transaction they oughta not except are card right back at the same pump. Oh well extra showers is not a bad thing right? Lol

The other thing I find ridiculous is the fact that with most truck stops, the shower points expire after so many days; usually 7.
