I will have been with Keen Transport for 15 years this coming Sept., I
have been the trucking industry off and on for close to 31 years, driving
for at least 3 major companies, Greenstein Trucking,Fla-Highway express,
Ft Smith, Ar-Northern Gas Transport, Vt, along with 3 or 4 smaller ones,
that are either out of business,or too small to name, I can say with all
honesty, that I have never driven for a better company in my entire career.
I can say that I have been treated fairly, honestly, and with respect by
everyone there,Management, Safety, Shop Personal, and Drivers. I have
always gotten home when I asked, for the amount of time I asked for, I seldom run at night because of headaches, I run strictly legeal, which is
permoted by Safety, and never had any problem with payroll! I gross on an average of $50-55,000 each year. My intention is to retire at Keen
Transport! I would reccommend Keen Transport to anyone seeking a
position in a Heavy Haul Company !! 100% perfect no, but find me one that is !!!

Any up to date info on keen

I drove for Keen twice. Still hands down the best company I ever drove for also. I just prefer not to stay out 6 weeks anymore, and that's about the minimum you need to stay out to make decent money, because the week that you go home and the week you come back out are usually going to be short weeks as far as miles go. I still have friends over there and they are still making good money and staying busy. They have opened a couple new terminals since I was last there. Good kick.

I applied and was just accepted for driving for Cressler, haven't called them to set up a date for my orientation yet, been looking on here to see what or if there's any bad things about them, do you talk to any Cressler drivers Runningman?

I am looking into coming to drive for Keen. All the drivers I speak with never have bad things to say about them. And that is a real plus. I hope when I put my app in with them I get hired on.

Well, after checking out all the companies I was thinking about driving for, I decided to go with Cressler (division of Keen) so I went to orientation in Carlisle, Pa this past week. I was impressed with their concern of keeping their trucks in top notch shape and their garage is the cleanest I've ever seen. Had my Pete ( I requested a Pete ) assigned to me the first day before we started class. We was done with orientation Thursday and did road test on Friday. I am doing NE regional and was dispatched after road test. Trucks are 430 CAT's governed at 65 but they run good and ride nice. They are all 10 speeds, was hoping at least getting a 13 speed, but they got good power. All in all, I must say I'm impressed with them and look forward to working there
