While it hasn’t been officially announced yet, QC bought all the equipement (trucks & trailers) from Olin. Starting July 31st, KA Steel will be no longer. I’ve heard QC is asking the drivers to stay on, but at least here in Chicago, no one has agreed since QC wants nothing to do with the union.

I think Ace Hardware got rid of their trucking too. I have an Ace nearby, and always saw "Ace" tractors. Now I see, "Happy Go Lucky Trucking"( now hiring, in magic marker) tractor pulling an Ace van trailer. It's the end of the world as we know it.

Well on the upside. QC feeling secure enough to grow is good. I have friend still at Heniff having to play musical loads- will it pushout or cancel or is it good
