Just stopped and seen steam.

The picture didnt capture what you are able to see. Where was the steam coming from?

 

Check your coolant reservoir.
Hard to see the steam or vapor, could be leaking freon.

The rain could be getting heated up in the radiator fins and steaming off. This would be my first guess. If you hear a hiss with the steam, a punctured radiator, no noise just evaporating rain.

 

Coolant leaking will smell sweetish.

 

Condenser has seen better days

 

You must have your defroster on. The steam is the rain water being evaporated off the a/c condenser.

 

That’s normal.

 

My truck steams anytime I’m sitting and it is raining.
