    Hello,
I started CDL School and I paid 2700 USD. I figure out I put money in a garbage. He can only accept cash.I visited school 4 times and actually,
I was just waiting for instructor Juliano (Owner) each day minimum 4 hours. When he showed up he spent 15 minutes in total for 4 days. I asked him to get refund because I do wanna learn something. He refused, of course. I told him I am also scared I can loose my CDL if I got it from your school because everyone saying he has connections in DVM and he provide same tests you will get in DVM. He basically have little DVM in a building with CDL Exams, so there is many people who don't speak English at all they can get CDL and pass exams because he do this illegal staff. He also saying that everyone will pass as he knows instructors etc etc.

My question is what I can do now? How to report this school? I guess I can call DOT, FBI or?
This is so SAD, people dying every day because of semi drivers mistakes and here is why!

    Boondock Thanks this.

I believe there's a cdl course at a community College down in Miami. I'd check that out if I were you.

the o/p said that the school he went to, only accepted cash.

i worked at a CDL school, an accredited one, with the full compliment of student loans, grants, WIA, etc.

one of the supervisors went on his own, with another instructor/investor, and started his own CDL school. you had to pay cash there too, as he was not accredited, nor had any student loan set up, but yet, the state paid that WIA for anyone that qualified.

i know the owner, in fact he offered me a job, but i no longer have my CDL. (and i wish to NOT be standing outside in the freezing temps).

his school actually does a very good job for the lower cost of the accredited one i worked for.

they also of course, follow the DOT rules, and other regulations set forth for training.

but yet, "clandestine" schools still exist, and yes, whether we are driving our personal vehicles or big rigs..........we have to wonder the caliber of training they get.

    Dear student,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently came across your complaint, and I would like to address the concerns you've raised. I appreciate your willingness to communicate, and I am committed to resolving any issues that may have arisen.

After a thorough review of your allegations, I would like to clarify that the information provided is inaccurate.

I want to assure you that Juliano Driving School takes matters of legality, transparency, and professionalism seriously. We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing CDL training, and our commitment to providing quality education is unwavering.

In response to the specific points you raised:

    1. Accepting only cash: We Stopped accepting credit cards because a fraudulent credit card that a student used.
    2. Spending 15 minutes for the class: When the student does not do the homework or study. The student has to go to our classroom to study on his own or he can go back home and study what he was supposed to. We take education very seriously.
    3. Regarding a refund: We have a no refund policy. It is written in the contract
    4. Regarding having connections or having a little DMV: We have a program in the office with questions and answer to help the students practice the tests before they can actually take them in the DMV. You can find apps with practice tests like for example: CDL prep, CDL permit, DMV practice, etc. Even Truckers Report has their own practice tests.
    5. Students who do not speak English and get a CDL license: In Florida you can take the knowledge tests in Spanish. The skill tests are done in English but if you know a little bit of English and you can understand what the examiner is asking, you can manage to pass the tests. The student does not have to speak English fluently.
I understand the importance of maintaining trust and transparency, and I am more than willing to provide any additional information or documentation necessary to address your concerns. If you have specific questions or would like further clarification on any aspect, please feel free to reach out directly.

It is crucial to us that our students have a positive experience with Juliano Driving School, and I am committed to resolving this matter promptly. I believe that open communication is key to resolving any misunderstandings, and I am confident that we can find a satisfactory resolution.

Thank you for bringing these concerns to my attention. I look forward to hearing from you and working towards a resolution.

    Best regards,
    Juliano
