Jrc tranportation stay away!!!!!

JRC yes thay suck i pull 2 loads for them some time ago maybe 2 years.they were cheap loads and i iwas told that the rates wood get better then i was offered a load of brick out of li ny 5 stops in ny city pay was 295.00 and i said is that per stop and kevin said no that is for all five stops i told him not to call me i wood call him i wonder if he is still waiting for that call THE WORST THING ABUT THE DEAL WAS I HAD A DUMP TRAILER makinga average of 5,000 per week AND I SOLD IT TO BUY THE FLAT TO PULL FOR HIM AND I GOT THE SHAFT I HAVE RUNNING IN THE RED FROM THAT DEAL thank you jrc

 

not only that but they also call my company dispatch 5 times a day looking to load my trucks ....i told them many times that we find our own loads and everytime they call us their pay is like 1-1.20 per mile and that we wont haul for that cheap....yet they still call 5+times a day clogging my phone lines....working on blocking their number..

 

yes there are a lot of things that can be said ABOUT JRC . one thin i did not say is when kevin told me to get the flat and he said he had a lot of work it took him about 2 mounths to load me then i got the shaft , i spent some time looking for something else i found some work off the load borads but low rates and no RETURN OR ANY load after you get load , mercer did call me and i said i will give it go BUT THEY HAD THERE BROKER CALL ME ONE AFTER ANOTHER . THEY TRIED TO GET TO TAKE THE LOADS WITH OUT GIVING ME THE INFO SO CAN CHECK THE MILES AND FUEL AND THE LOADS WERE PHLY,PA TO CT.THEN RELOAD IN CT SAME DAY AND GO UP STATE NY AND UNLOAD . BY THE TIME I GOT LOADED IN PHLY PA AND DROVE To CT IN ALL THAT NORTH EAST TRAFFIC AND TOLLS AND CT DOT THAT IS OPENED EVERY DAY I WOOD NOT HAVE MADE IT THE SAME DAY CT TO RELOAD I WOOD HAD TO LOAD IN CT NEXT DAY for ny AND I WOOD HAVE HAD THE LOAD ON UNTILL MONDAY, SO It WOOD BE ALL TO GETHER 5 DAYS TOTAL FOR ABOUT 1100.00 AND NO LOAD IN NY NO THANK YOU WELL AFTER ALL THAT HAS BEEN GOING ON I AM 51 AND HAVE A FAMILY AND ALL MY MONEY IS GONE THE KID SHCOOLING ANY SAVINGS AND NO WAY TO PAY THE BILLS OR FOR MY HOUSE

 

JRC/CLT is the scum of the earth for O/O's and cutting rates to get accounts, i've never hauled for them and never will but i've never met a driver that was doing well or met another independent O/O that had anything good to say about them. They have flooded quite a few shippers in my area with trucks and have the rates so low i dont know how guys can pull for them. Most of there O/O trucks i've seen all have 1 or more bald tires along with othere issues. I dont know how guys can be so stupid to lease on to them, they charge $160 a week for trailer rental if you dont have one . They do get paid for tarp pay and fuel surcharge they just dont pass it along. I met an independent O/O pulling a load out of the same place i picked up at for JRC/CLT the load paid me $800.00 he was getting $550.00.They are scum bags plain and simple.

 

I didnt know they were that bad. I myself have been planning on leasing on to them. I own my own trailer and truck. Thanks for the info guys.

 

I've ran about 15 loads for them and never had any issues...maybe i got lucky....doesn't hurt to run a few just to get your own idea of what you will have to deal with....I read the same reviews and decided to say fck it and try....I run a step deck and stay busy...avg pay is 2.15 loaded miles with avg 25-150 mile DH..I use the Chambersburg,PA office for my loads

 

I'm just starting with them my self & I was reading all the bad stuff to but I have a van and I own my truck & trailer.. I'm going to give them a shot to.. The rates out here from some of these companies are bad.. So I'm going to give JRC a shot.. If there bad I well tell.. I don't want to lose everything thing out
