John Perez & Sons AKA Delta Transport

This company should be put out of business! They prey on ex-convicts & new sub-haulers! The ex-convicts are out of options and without other employment opportunities Perez and Sons is their last hope for employment! .The new sub-haulers dont find out they're getting raped until pay day and its too late. If you are a driver don't expect anything but to be treated like total scum, belittled, called a idiot, and fired if you defend yourself in any way. A word to the wise; they are almost all related in the office including the dispatch office where you'll find the granddaughter of John Perez.. Steer clear and say as little as possible to that girl!!! She is about as dumb as they get!!! (IQ equivalent to that of a goldfish) ! Inappropriate too, shes always making sexual jokes and carrying on with the drivers, sometimes we are scared to not go along with it, I mean its better than the days she wants to cuss you out and scream at you ! Dont ever say a word to her or daddy (Val) will rip you a new(Unacceptable Language Removed) & send you on your way. It wont be long before they'll have to sell the family busines; between the pay and the unbelievably disgusting treatment they cant seem to keep employees or subs! Even the poor lady at the scale looks like she's frazzled or holding in tears 75% of the time!

 

I drove there for a short time. I heard they were hurting this year! There guys came to my job trying to find work. I dont have a perfect past but my driving record is clean & Im a hard worker.
