Jnj express

I'm posting this thread as I hope you won't make the same mistake I made I started jnj in May I was told jnj drops and hooks 90%of their loads it wasn't true it's actually 50% .I was told they had enough freight to run me over the weekend it wasn't true I sat 3 of my 5 weekends there .the main thing I didn't like is the driver managers encourage drivers to use personal conveyance to deliver a load or pick up loads I would receive messages every week from safety every week asking drivers not to use personal conveyance to deliver loads and dont log out of the carrier web to pick up and deliver loads lol dot could shut this company down lol when I left I turned I. My paper work for all loads and as I write this I'm owed 1500.00 for two paychecks it's been 3 weeks and I guess I'll have to take them to small claims court to get paid what I'm owed but that's ok I will hope this helps someone else not make the same mistake I made
