    Not driver focused, been here 5 months, quitting next month and going home. Their communication skills suck! Was told I'd pick up in Pulaski and deliver to Charlotte and go back to get another one to deliver Monday near the house. Didn't tell me the Charlotte customer stopped at 12:30pm, then got snitched on for not tarping. Its 147 miles, and you only tarp it to protect the plastic which was not damaged at all. On top of that, I called the customer and asked if they wanted it tarped, they said no. And now I've heard there going to keep my bonus and or my last check.

    Sounds like there was excellent communication. But you chose to ignore it.

    Employer said tarp the load. You said F it. I don’t have to because customer said they didn’t require it.

    I’m betting you didn’t miss the part where they told you who paid you, and where to pick up your check.

    Tarping a 147 mile load for $15??? I don't think so....and I didn't even find out they wouldn't unload until the next day until I was 60 miles from the customer.

    Hahahaha I can’t imagine why anyone would take a driving job that required them to drive. But they do. For a hell of a lot less money than I get per mile.

    The driving part isn't the problem, you seem to be missing something....and I've driven for less than what I'm driving for now, hence the reason why I'm not driving for them anymore....

    I'm about to quit JLE too. Tired of spending half my day waiting to get dispatched a load. And then when I do get a load, it's some ####ty brokered load. JLE has no major accounts with anyone.

    I agree 100% there the bottom of the bottom can't go any lower than them tarp tarp tarp and only for 1750 both on and off waste of time with them stay away I learned the HARDWAY
