Seems that they want Recertification from Carriers and have a New Criteria. Allegedly most don't know what it is? Some are not accepted when trying to sign back up.

    Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this.

This is the email I received from JBH on 4/29/2024 after I’ve been a carrier with them for three years.

We're sorry, at this time, you did not pass our internal vetting criteria and are not eligible for set-up or use. We are unable to share our criteria externally, however; you may feel CARRIER_RELATIONS@JBHUNT.COM and we can review further at that time. We apologize for any inconvenience, but our matrix was created by our compliance and/or security team to identify vetting criteria for onboarding or updating carriers. The matrix does receive updates as we obtain more information and technology. Yes, it is a frustrating situation, we apologize for that. All we can suggest is that you check your account every few months to see if your status has changed, and make sure your account is up to date with the FMCSA. Unfortunately calling in won’t be productive as the vetting criteria is processed. We are currently working through thousands of carrier accounts. Unfortunately, you are not the only carrier affected by this.

I am really curious what's going there. I am still active with them, wonder what those criterias are

P.S. I only do 2-3 loads per year for them

I had a friend that pulled loads from them daily, and he was dropped by them a month before I was.

We both never had any claims or service failures.

Sounds like you guys got fired

Schneider told us about this Sep 2023 so we could decide whether to haul freight to Cali or not

    ##### as you want about Schneider...we don't do business with communist states like Canada and California anymore

Could this be the result of AI software gone awry? When JB's customers freight isn't getting moved watch and see how many are quickly reactivated.

    No

    It's emissions...

No Old School O/OP with an ELD exempt motor can haul in Cali anymore

CorsairFanboy, Siinman and wifi_guru Thank this.
