    Almost 4 years now , I’m 63 now can’t keep job hopping, I came front facing cameras only, 3 mo’s later 3 cameras on the driver 1 on the road.....still the same. I work hourly program $17.50 hr OT after 40, crap overpriced health insurance, no raise since Covid.
    Pay is 30+ % under market wage. When I came needed 3yrs safe proven experience, now 6-mo’s + will get you in a truck

    See them on 30 in Ohio and Indiana alot ...always in lanes they're not supposed to be in and flat on the floor .

    17.50 is a joke right there. I personally won't operate a truck for less than $28
    My 21 yr old daughter works for Lowes and just recently switched depts to work in millwork shes making somewhere in the $20 an hr range

    4 years at the same job is not "job hopping".
    But at $17.50 an hour, I'd say it's time to start looking.

    He probably couldn’t find anything else that paid more at that time. Remember he is older and a lot of places of employment “like em young”! They don’t want to hire someone that pushing 50,60,70 years old(age discrimination).
