JAT at Fort wayne, IN is one of BAD company NOT pay DETENTION

We took a load from Memphis, TN to Shippensburg, PA at the shipper our appointment at 13:00 the truck got there on time it took them 5 hours until 18:00 finished loaded we NOTICE broker and requested for detention they agree to pay for it, after we unload at Shippensburg, PA we asked for a new confirmation detention too many hours at shipper Mr. BS kept said getting approval from his boss 2 days later still haven't heard from MR. BS, we try to call him he never pick up his phone.
He's disappear was intent NOT to pay DETENTION.
