Why don't you say the truth:
" I left my previous employer cause he could not get me home to FL. I wws referred to JASKO... I love the company and the people (so much that I stayed in touch with them after I left them) , but I was not getting miles I needed, due to current trucking economy and me not wanting multi drop loads. Also when I got hurt on my bike I had to stay home for few days. I was offered my old job back and I immediately asked my dispatcher for a load to Colorado. After they had no direct load to Colorado and my dispatcher asked me to get me down to Florida to leave a truck there since we had a new driving starting job in FL (EP), I declined cause I had purchase a ticket from Denver to SLC, UT already. So I decided to drive company equipment 1280 miles without authorization or telling anyone. My dispatchers called me on Monday morning thinking I was still in OH and I told him I am in 1.5 hrs from office in CO. I also kept taking cash advances while driving empty. So after I received last pay stub showing a deduction of $54.00 for unauthorized use of company vehicle, I started being mad..."

 

The one thing you can't accuse Jasko of is "stealing" your money. There are 18 pages I think, of rules/policy written by a lawyer "I'm told to protect the driver" Each page has to be signed. All that garbage aside.. you shouldn't worry about getting dinged why you are out driving his equipment.
But.... if you like to drive home 500 miles empty ,bail out of a scratched up truck " for example" in the Carolinas or Fla panhandle and leave gooey chicken bones, full p jugs and and an inch of dirt on the dash like some homeless savage??? The owner is covered and you knew it.

 

I hope you like Bosnian dispatchers. Who’ll argue if you say it’s snowing, a major accident, a highway closed. Or. The shipper or reciever is not loading or unloading me. And I’m still here ... as they send your next load.... Jas is a very fair man.. it’s not so much him as the people he has working for him. Watch closely and you can see the power struggle...
