    :biggrin_25513:The owner of this company is one of the biggest liars in North Dakota. Stay away from this company. He will run you into the ground and then run you off. He makes big promises about your future with the company but never comes through. He always makes bad comments about any other company just trying to get a piece of the pie, yet his own company appears to be almost broke as venders are always trying to get paid. He treats his own help like they are nothing and his owner operators even worse. Stay away from this company. A good company to drive for or lease on to in that area is Don Morgan or Trustland. But stay away from J&J Rental if you want to be paid or treated like a human being.

    I agree with the above post. Sadly, I knew how this guy was but yet still worked for him. I don't even think his trucks are legal for the road, considering what kind of junk is being run. I quit working there because of the fact he will run you into the ground. Days off? Forget it. Stay away from this place and go work for someone who will treat you good. That's my advice for people coming from out of state to work here. Or anyone for that matter.

    This guy should not have his trucks on the roads-dont know how he is allowed to keep running. Anyone who works or associates with this guy is a crook! Will lie, cheat and steal from ya! It appears that these are local guys that do not how to run their businesses and are only trying to line their own pockets!

    That is the truth with this guy. I can't believe he's still in "business." He's so #### greedy. I'm glad I don't have to deal with all the B.S. that comes with working there.
