The pay is average compared to other companies but this company has been for 35 years and I've been here during the housing crash and it's stood strong. There are many loads to choose from, and it's no forced dispatch. Great home time and 2900 miles a trip. If I only would a known this company sooner. Also you can take your truck home until you go back on duty.

    Need4Speed and Backatit Thank this.

It is all the midwest area pretty much NC, SC, IL, MI, KY, TN, and IN. The company's headquarters is in Detroit, MI but everything is done in Laredo, TX. i was going solo and decided to team with a really good friend of mine both have worked for me . If you want to run and work you will get miles. I have worked for other companies and have been out on the road for 2 months before I could get routed back home which my wife hates. I have 6 years exp and getting paid .25 cents as team i usually take home around $1200 -1300 a week. they have a lot of freight so if you do not want to take a specific load they give you more options to choose from which i really like. like i compared to other companies the pay is average but the loads are there and if you like working you will get miles and actually get to go home at least once or twice a week. I usually like doing my reset back home which is awesome for me. the company is growing and really takes care of their drivers. I have worked for bigger companies and they are all lies. I would never get routed home and is if i asked for vacation something always happened and would never get home on time. My DM used to drive before so he understands and takes care of us.

sorry wrote the comment in the other reply. but its all the midwest area pretty much NC, SC, IL, MI, KY, TN, and IN. for sure guaranteed miles if you want to work. no force dispatch which is good but you only work those states so you do not have worry about going somewhere else. Lots of freight nothing dedicated but you are usually running and get planned with another load right after you drop.

Laredo and I-35 Waco and the other busy, crash-prone lanes between Michigan and Texas every week? No thanks. You can have that. I have a feeling your attitude will be changing soon enough.

.25 a mile is low. Not sure how anyone could be happy working for that little.

    Need4Speed Thanks this.

He said he's making 12-1300 a week, which is decent pay. He's teaming so I'm guessing that .25 is for all miles, right? Either way, he's grossing about the same as me and I'm very happy where I'm at too.
