Does anyone sell an exhaust manifold that is a true T6 flange for the ISX? We purchased a PDI exhaust manifold because their rep confirmed it had a T6 flange. We get the manifold and find that they are using larger turbo studs than a T6 flange causing our BW 171702 not to fit unless we drill our turbo flange holes bigger. It is frustrating. We get our BW171702 turbos for under $700 and we prefer to stay with that turbo. I just installed a Bullydog 12.7 manifold and they stayed true to the T6 measurements. I am hoping someone out there can point me to whoever makes an ISX manifold with a true T6 flange. All this proprietary crap is frustrating and makes me not want to buy someones product. I may have to use an 870 manifold with an HX55 to T6 adapter from CPP.

This is on a pre EGR ISX

PDI manifold also does not allow the factory oil supply and drain lines to line up in their original location.

Why dont you just drill your turbo flange holes bigger? I just had the same deal on a 3406e with the new PDI manifold. You need to go up an 1/8" on the mounting holes.

    Vurtle Thanks this.
