    What kind of truck and what are you using to read codes? The format you are using is not correct. The 136 is the source address of the ABS, 128 is the address of the engine. If you have an International, and you are reading this from the LCD display, you are not reading fault codes. These are fault messages and those are different and are not to be used for troubleshooting.
