Isuzu npr p0045, help!

    I have an 09 Isuzu npr with the 5.2L. 186k miles. I’m having issues with the truck throwing the code p0045, turbo boost control circuit open. Here’s a list of things I have replaced but the code still remains. It comes on instantly even with the truck not running after you delete it. New turbo, turbo control module, boost pressure sensor, maf sensor, ecm, and new batteries. Code still remains. Looking for ideas on what else to try. This is the only code the truck has. Puts it in limp mode and won’t go over 30mph. Is there a relay or fuse related to this? I’m running out of ideas and money…. Any help is appreciated.

    TURBOCHARGER BOOST CONTROL SOLENOID CONTROL CIRCUITCIRCUIT DESCRIPTIONThe position of the turbocharger nozzle is controlled by the variable nozzle turbocharger (VNT) control module based onthe command from the ECM. The VNT control module controls a drive signal to the turbocharger nozzle control solenoid(installed to the turbocharger assembly) by utilizing position sensor inputs to control the turbocharger nozzles. When theengine is not under load, the turbocharger nozzles are in an open position, or no boost condition. When the engine isunder load, the VNT control module commands the control solenoid to close the turbocharger nozzles, thus increasing theboost. The ECM will vary the boost dependentupon the load requirements of the engine. The VNT control module has theability to perform internal diagnostics for voltage and signal input and output status. If the VNT control module detects anerror in the solenoid control signal or VNT controlmodule voltage error, the VNT control module will send a message tothe ECM via the controller area network (CAN) communication bus and sets this DTC.CONDITION FOR RUNNING THE DTC−The battery voltage is between 10 to 16 volts.−The ignition switch is ON, or during the stroke check when the ignition is switched from ONto OFF.CONDITION FOR SETTING THE DTCEither of following condition is met:−The VNT control module detects system voltage is more than 18 volts.−The VNT control module detects an open circuit, short to ground or short to voltage circuit on thesolenoid circuit.−The VNT control module detects that the VNT solenoid commanded duty ratio is more than 95%.ACTION TAKEN WHEN THE DTC SETS−The ECM illuminates the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) when the diagnostic runs and fails. −The ECM records the operating conditions at the time the diagnostic fails. The ECM stores this information in the Freeze Frame/Failure Records.−The ECM limits fuel injection quantity.

    dont know if this is much help but i found this in relation to fault code p0045 for a 09 isuzo 5.2 liter
