fully insured and hazmat carrier looking into hauling iso tanks. would lease chasis if needed but any suggestions on brokers or compaines that use 3rd party carriers would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think your going to get any information on this one. You need to figure out the different ocean shippers, they control all the ISO tank movements. (The ones who own the tanks)
I will say your going to need either a spread axle or extended tandem chassis to stay legal. I wouldn't ever touch an ISO in a standard 20' spread, way to top heavy -
ISO tanks require a 3-axle chassis or spread axle chassis, I've hauled them local (like going a couple of blocks) on a regular 20' chassis, but don't enjoy it, every corner is at crawling speed, and they rock like crazy. 3-axle or ISO specific spreads are the only way to haul them.
