Not looking to ware them all the time but in daytime, clear weather, light traffic it seems like it would not be a problem. Is there a law or regulation against it?
Is there a regulation against waring headphones while driving?

Don't do it. I mean why would you want headphones? You're solo, no rider(?) just you...alone. Why would you want to keep what you're listening private. And there's nothing that'll interfere with you hearing the radio. Not being a smartelic but just being realistic.

I'm pretty sure, somewhere in that lil green book it says that you can't. something along the lines of, being able to hear emergency vehicles. I'll dig around later.

You're only allowed to wear headphones in conjunction with fingerless driving gloves.
