Is OTR Capital a good factoring company?

I have experience with a few factoring companies. Thus far my best experience has been with TBS, altho still not perfect. I have finally found a factoring company that seems to top them and I am excited about some changes. Can anyone tell me anything about OTR Capital out of Georgia? Thanks!
