I live in Colorado and the Def system has been nothing but problem for me. What's the punishment for such a crime if it's illegal?

Strapped over the fuel tank, beaten within an inch of your life and paying 10-15k to have it put back on, if caught.
Dealers are supposed to report your deleted truck, and not touch it.

    Roberts450 and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

If you run mostly northern states I feel you will be okay.

( it is illegal but it’s not really looked at up here )

In North Dakota so many guys have their trucks deleted because it’s easier.

Some guy posted the took the engine out and replaced it with a mechanical Caterpillar engine.
Must have been a nightmare job getting the electrical harness figured out.

He speaks truth. I was getting a wheel seal repaired on a trailer and that was one of the questions that the service writer asked me.

If you have a truck with a DEF system, your best course of action would be to buy a truck that doesn't have that crap on it.

Glad they don't give a crap about deletes up here (yet). If you guys think you have it bad down south in the warmth, try hanging out in -35 lol.
