When I was doing the post-trip, I noticed there was a little bump on my right steering tire. It is a new tire installed a month ago.
I can barely see the bulge, but when I touch it, I feel it is not flat. I upload the pics of it.
Hope you can help me find out if it is normal or needs to pay attention.
Thank you!

What's the tire brand?

Damaged sidewall cord most likely. Possibly caused by a pothole.
Indentations are normal but bulges are not.
Bring it back to your tire shop and have them replaced it. -
I had it removed at the shop and got credit after a Michelin rep looked at it. Took two weeks to get it warranted out.Siinman, OLDSKOOLERnWV, Flat Earth Trucker and 1 other person Thank this. -
Flat Earth Trucker Thanks this.

My experience was with Petro in Joplin and they made it difficult. Their policy was that I pay for a 3rd tire and leave the bad one and wait for the rep. Just another crap place I won’t do business with again..they obviously knew that the tire was junk when they put it on.Siinman and Flat Earth Trucker Thank this. -
Siinman Thanks this.

My problem was obviously a manufacturer defect since the tire was egg shaped. -
I sent the pics to my brother,he's the service manager at a Service Truck Tire Center in PA.He will know if it's a common problem with that tire.
Siinman, Concorde, Bean Jr. and 1 other person Thank this.
