Is internet truckstop down?

I came home once. No lights on. Called the electric company and threw a fat girl fit.

I hadn't paid my bill.

It's working fine for me.

It did freeze up on me a few times earlier this afternoon.......

 

It’s working. If that’s what you call it since they changed the format. Really tire of trying to navigate the screen, just to see Load info. Is it any better on a laptop? Is there any mobile app I’m missing. iPhone used to be fine. Now the screens a PITA to deal with.

 

Its a continuous hassle for me. Seems atleast once or twice a day, I have to reboot my device. Now mind you, this is my newly purchased device I bought just for using ITS as my "older" tablet wasn't compatible to the new update that ITS did 2 or 3 weeks ago...

Definitely frustrating!!!

 

It's getting very old dealing with ITS. You can never get them on the phone nor chat. The last couple times I was lucky enough to get through they told me they would have the next tier contact me and that's never not once ever happened. I'm pretty fed up but feel like there's no other options. DAT's open deck loads are very small compared to ITS and there's no way to block the hundreds of spam posts from brokers I don't haul for.

I cancelled my DAT subscription a long time ago and I'm pretty fed up with ITS now too. Problem is they have a monopoly on the market. Who's bringing them any competition?

 

I use Dat. An for about a year they are having issues daily. Constant freezing an downtime.
