Hires many desperate men from the uganda part of the world but anyone is welcomed

Cons:
Dispatchers are two faced sneaky liars working from abroad. Company shorts out miles in paycheck, Has mostly Junk tractors and expects drivers to do repairs out in the freezing cold weather while driver ruins clothes getting cold/wet greasy (hesitates harcore to call roadside assistance)
Has $1,500 dollar escrow. Forces new hires to sign a 50 page contract filled with company punishment/violation fees. Charges the driver thousands of dollars to hire a replacement driver if driver quits and doesn't give two week notice before quitting.
Has trouble finding good dedicated runs because they are burned with several shippers/brokers. They flop across the load boards looking for bits and pieces to survive.

Vip Global/IQS group are the same owners company. But Vip global got burned and is in terrible status. IQS is to thwart efforts of Vip global bad reputation. But it's in the same path as they are also getting flagged badly in scale houses.
