My friend used to drive a 2012 prostar with mx13. Had to do regen every time and everyday. He now rarely sees that on cummins isx15 2015 with 160k miles on it since new.

I love the cummins in my current truck. Had a inframe 100k ago (was a fleet truck and the last ahole driver put sand in the oil) so far no hickups its a 2011, the new dpf filter that cummins came out with seems to have solved alot of the regen issues with this model. Not had any in 100k now.
DrtyDiesel Thanks this. -
How many total miles you made off that isx?
-
Currently at 550k.
had main baring and linings replaced at 480k -
It's now rarely to see a dpf or scr engine getting to million miles without breakdown.

There are many MAN trucks in Kiev, and I do not like MAN/navistar 13 L engine. Sufisticated CRD system is too expencive and not reliable enought
