I love the app, hate having to re write job applications.
I must hold the record for most companies applied to.
Maybe all the info is a bad thing.
I'm sure the companies see the same information I 'm seeing.
intelliapp and tenstreet.

Intelliapp is a great thing. You can also track progress on drivers pulse.

Only thing I worry about with this, is I read somewhere that part of their deal on the company side is if new apps go out, they can/do? notify your employer with the hopes of fixing whatever problem has you looking for new work in the name of "driver retention". If this is true, that can obviously be used against you as well. I can't recall where I read this. Or if it was even true. Any clarification from anyone who knows is welcome.

The real problem is they allow the company to determine if you were at fault in an accident. These people arent professional examiners. They shouldn't be allowed to make these decisions and cost you work. I had two incidents that were not my fault and not ticketed for either one. Yet the companies reported then as preventable. The FMCSA has a terrible appeal process. If you dont meet a certain criteria, you cant even appeal. The few reasons they allow are a joke, like wind blowing debris on the road. My police report plainly states cargo shift, but they want to call it a rollover. I was doing about 15 mph and turned left at a light. Total BS.

.....not to be a richard head, but your own description, without knowing anything else, sounds like maybe it could have been a preventable. Either way though, I understand your point and totally agree. A company will try to make it a preventable any way they can. " You shouldn't have been parked doing your break at the legal time and gotten hit, you should have taken a break earlier....preventable....." In this age of information sharing on an app like this no less, a driver should have a right to appeal, or at least reply.

Tenstreet is the Big Brother of the trucking industry. If I start to apply and get their screen telling me they need my social before hire, I close the browser window and look elsewhere. They do not respond to queries about who they share your data with.

Tenstreet does share data. You agree to it somewhere I'm sure. Hopefully. I did an app at 2 different companies that use tenstreet. On my report with the second company, was the name of the lady, and the company that ran the first report. In essense, sharing that I've been putting in applications at other places.
