I'm sure this question has been raised before if so mods please move this way it belongs.
I live in Louisiana insurance pricing that I've seen here is around 23,000 a year for a startup, Mississippi seems to be around 8,000 a year, how should I incorporate in Mississippi and live in Louisiana, is this possible.
Anyone in these areas willing to discuss this further please PM me I need a little advice on where to go from where I am. Ready to buy a truck but trying to get my ducks in a row first.

Commercial Truck Insurance Rates By State (Updated 2022)
According to this posting the rates are down to 4,000 as of 2022. I find that strange myself being that much cheaper. -
Instead of waiting through that site to get to the insurance part here's a copy of what it says.

I would strongly suggest you ask your question over in the Owner-Operator section where the people have experience buying truck insurance. This section is primarily directed at new drivers just entering the industry, mostly as company driver employees.
