It is TERRIBLE north of Wagoner. -
In case you haven't noticed, almost all toll roads are terrible. The money collected goes anywhere but the upkeep of the road.

Why is everyone talking about I-44 and US69?
Indian Nation Turnpike runs from near Henrietta off I-40 (south of US75) to Hugo (US271) just north of the Texas border.
I've driven it twice. Yes, it's bumpy. And don't park for the night at the service plaza near Hugo. Had no cell signal there. -
The one from Joplin-Tulsa-OKC-Lawton is the Turner Turnpike.
-
Cost was 18.25 total. I didn't find the road too bumpy at all and the traffic was minimal.

Tulsa to OKC is Turner
OKC to Lawton is H. E. BaileyCommDriver Thanks this.
